Contact form

When you submit the contact or demo request form, we collect:

• Full name
• Email address
• Company name
• Your message / workflow description

This data is stored in our database solely to respond to your inquiry and scope pilot engagements.

Analytics & cookies

We use only essential technical cookies required for the website to function. We do not use third-party tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies.

Server logs

Our web server automatically logs standard access data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. These logs are retained for up to 30 days for security and debugging purposes.

3. Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data on the following legal bases under GDPR:

• Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — contract initiation: to respond to your demo request or pilot inquiry
• Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest: server security logs

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to fulfill your inquiry, or for a maximum of 2 years. You may request deletion at any time.

This website is hosted on Vercel Inc. infrastructure. Vercel's privacy policy applies to hosting-level data processing. We do not share your personal data with any other third parties.
